JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are a fast-growing portfolio management company seeking highly driven Relationship Managers (RMs) for a hardcore sales role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and other relationship-driven channels.
- Build a pipeline of prospective clients interested in wealth management services.
Meeting Scheduling
- Set up meetings with qualified prospects to pitch the company's offerings.
Sales Target Achievement
- Drive sales to achieve an annual revenue target through new client acquisitions.
- Meet monthly revenue targets based on the overall goal.
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have 4–5 years of recent experience in a wealth management firm.
- Must have an established client book.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a hunger for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
- English language proficiency.
- An entrepreneurial-minded advisor with a passion for equity investments.
- A self-starter who can run your own practice and grow your client base.
- A knowledgeable professional who understands the nuances of investment strategies.
