1. Ensure efficient, effective and high-quality delivery of trade products to all internal & external customers by constant engagement and provide advisory.

2. Manage and monitor customer’s trade utilizations and business relationship of Transaction Banking customers and identify customer needs and sales opportunities by developing the suitable proposal on product, services and structure.

3. Maintain excellent relationship and good support with customer through scheduled visit and calls, address customer’s requirement and propose solutions to Relationship Manager

4. Ensure the interest of the bank from any losses through exercising due care and diligence in discharging duties assigned and strict adherence to internal procedures and audit requirement.

5. Conduct training on Trade Product, E Trade, Financial Supply Chain (FSC) and any trade solutions to internal/external customer.

6. Provide Trade Sales activities reports i.e., Pipeline Report, E Trade, FSC etc. respectively on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.

7. Support the bank’s regulatory requirement in compliance to Notices under Foreign Exchange Administration Rules, compliance to AMLCFT which includes transaction monitoring, reporting suspicious transaction and staff training.

8. Support BCP/DRP activities to ensure uninterrupted services to customers in the event of disaster.

9. Support product development, system enhancement, process improvement and control.

10. Participate in projects and any other tasks or assignments as requested by superiors.
