Premier Banking provides personalised relationship management to high‑net‑worth clients within the Customer Service Network (CSN). Our teams of Relationship Managers and Associates operate nationwide, supporting customers with complex financial needs—typically with lending and investment balances of $1 million or more.

We partner closely with our clients to support long‑term financial growth, while delivering exceptional service to meet their day‑to‑day banking needs.

This opportunity is based in Brisbane CBD, supporting a premium client base across Brisbane’s inner suburbs.

In this role, you will take ownership of a sophisticated portfolio of Premier clients, managing relationships through regular engagement, comprehensive financial health checks, and strong market insight.

You Are Someone Who

  • Delivers exceptional customer service aligned to the Bank’s service standards
  • Builds strong, trusted relationships by anticipating and responding to client needs
  • Identifies opportunities to provide tailored lending and investment solutions
  • Drives new client acquisition through referrals, branch networks, and external partnerships
  • Provides proactive, personalised advice to support clients’ financial goals
  • Maintains end‑to‑end accountability for client outcomes
  • Collaborates closely with specialists across financial planning, investments, risk insurance, and commercial banking
  • Maintains regular engagement to deepen relationships and identify growth opportunities

We’re Interested in Hearing from People Who Have

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in complex mortgage lending
  • Experience in sales across diversified financial products and services
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes
  • Strong relationship‑building capability and a commitment to client success
  • The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment
  • Certificate IV in Lending (or equivalent) – preferred
  • FSRA Tier 2 accreditation (Deposit Products and General Insurance) – preferred
