Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our LCV business unit, focusing on marketing and operations. Your primary objective is to develop and maintain strong relationships with LCV customers, understanding their unique financial needs and offering customized solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall growth and success of the LCV business.
  • Build and nurture relationships with LCV customers, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions, including loans, leases, and other banking products, to meet the specific needs of LCV customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for the LCV segment.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Build a strong network of referrals and partnerships to expand the bank's reach and customer base.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices, attending relevant conferences and training sessions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of LCV market dynamics and customer needs is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs.
