Job Description

Due to the continued expansion of our banking activities, we are looking for a Relationship Manager in Financial Institutions Department.

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Maintain and further develop relationship with existing financial institution clients, while actively identifying and onboarding new clients.
  • Drive client coverage and business development for institutional clients, including Deposits, Lending, Institutional Investor services and correspondent banking business.
  • Promote cross selling of a wide range of products and services to financial institution clients, including Financial Markets solutions, Custody Services, Debt Capital Markets, as well as Transaction Banking.
  • Prepare credit memos, business analysis reports and client-related documentation.
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring and risk management of client relationship and transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support regional headquarters functions, and provide business guidance and coordination to branches, facilitate cross-border collaboration and client coverage.

Qualifications

Profile (Technical Skills):

  • At least 3 years’ experience in banking, financial institutions, or related fields.
  • Master’s degree or above in Economics, Finance or related fields.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory, Chinese skills would be a plus, but not essential.
  • Familiar with correspondent banking business or experienced in institutional clients, including deposits, loans and institutional investors’ services.
