
The Relationship Manager III – Middle Market Lending is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing complex credit relationships with middle market clients, generally privately held businesses with revenues from $100MM to $1B This role focuses on business development, relationship management, credit quality, and risk mitigation while delivering a full banking relationship through the cross‑sale of depository, Treasury Management, Wealth Management, and other commercial products.
The position requires strong credit acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to serve as a trusted financial advisor to sophisticated middle market clients.

Pay Details:
$146,000 - $210,000 annually
Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.
This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
