Relationship Manager (Junior) – iGaming

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Your Mission

The Relationship Manager – iGaming will support the Relationship Management team by providing assistance in managing tier 3 and tier 4 customers. You will help maintain strong client relationships within the Gaming vertical and ensure consistent client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn about eCommerce, payments, and the gaming industry while developing the skills required to grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a support contact for assigned clients, assisting senior Relationship Managers with day-to-day operations.
  • Help monitor client activity and analyze reports to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, account reviews, and data insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Learn and maintain a strong understanding of Nuvei products, payment methods, and the gaming industry landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, Risk) to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
  • Participate in client calls, meetings, and periodic business reviews alongside senior team members.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer support, or similar (experience in payments or iGaming is an advantage but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with good MS Excel and reporting skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; Italian will be considered an asset.
