Relationship Manager – Pleasanton, TX

We’re looking for a motivated professional to grow and manage a strong loan portfolio while building lasting customer relationships. In this role, you’ll develop referral strategies to boost client satisfaction, support market growth, and recommend or approve loans within your authority. You’ll maintain current business accounts while also seeking new opportunities to expand the Association’s reach.

What You’ll Do Every Day:

• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions.

• Maintain expert knowledge of Texas Farm Credit products and integrate them into customized loan packages.

• Manage the full loan process, gathering documentation, structuring contracts, and ensuring proper underwriting.

• Make sound credit decisions within your authority and provide recommendations for larger approvals.

• Oversee and monitor your loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with policies, managing exceptions, and staying on top of past-due accounts.

• Resolve client concerns, provide ongoing service, and support loan performance through regular monitoring and committee participation as authorized.
