Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-value customers in the housing finance sector. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional service to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.

  • Prepare and present financial proposals, offering clear and concise recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the bank's products and services to potential clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of housing finance products and services, including mortgages, loans, and related offerings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven track record of successful relationship management and sales achievements.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software for relationship management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and continuously enhance professional skills.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
