Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with financial institutions, including banks, NBFCs, and other financial entities. Your primary objective is to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including product, operations, and credit, to ensure seamless delivery of services. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the bank's reputation and brand image in the market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target financial institutions, aiming to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the financial industry.
  • Identify and assess potential business opportunities, conducting thorough market research and analysis.
  • Prepare and present proposals, offering customized solutions to meet the specific needs of financial institutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties involved.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for business development purposes.
