Job Description

As a Relationship Manager in the Financial Institutions Group, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with banks and financial institutions. Your primary focus will be on correspondent banking, which involves facilitating cross-border transactions and providing custody services. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions to meet our clients' needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in financial institutions.
  • Identify and target potential clients for correspondent banking services.
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements for custody services.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of existing clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the bank.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management or banking operations.
  • Strong knowledge of correspondent banking and custody services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • A self-starter with a results-driven approach.
