Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the financial institutions sector. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and providing excellent client service. You will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with various stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and drive the bank's growth in the capital market space.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to design customized solutions for clients' needs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, demonstrating the value proposition of Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on sales activities and pipeline management.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of capital market products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
