Job Description

Drive business growth and relationship management within the Consultancy and Capital Markets segment by acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and delivering comprehensive corporate banking solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with large consultancy firms, stockbroking houses, and corporate clients.
  • Drive business acquisition by identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new corporate relationships within the consultancy and capital markets ecosystem.
  • Develop a sound understanding of capital markets, working capital solutions, and corporate banking products to effectively address client requirements.
  • Analyze financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and collaborate with Risk teams to prepare and present proposals for approval.
  • Deepen existing client relationships through comprehensive banking solutions and strategic account management.
  • Maximize cross-selling opportunities across Custody, Wealth Management, Salary Accounts, Trade & Cash Management, and other Kotak Group offerings.
  • MBA from a reputed institution, CA, CFA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • 8–10 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking (GTS), Assets, or Relationship Management.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing relationships with mid-to-large corporate clients, consultancy firms, and stockbroking entities.
  • Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills with the ability to understand complex business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, build long-term partnerships, and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capabilities, and a customer-centric approach
