Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with large corporate clients. Your role will involve understanding their unique financial needs and offering customized solutions to meet their business objectives. You will collaborate with various teams within the bank to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive business growth.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and retain large corporate clients.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions, including loans, trade finance, and treasury services, to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments.
  • Prepare and present proposals, financial models, and reports to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking or relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, especially in corporate banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant banking software.
