Job Description

Primary:

• Managing Relationship of an assigned portfolio of loan customers under Corporate Banking and FIG
• Preparing sale pitch and indicative term sheet to bid for the deals with Corporate and FIG customers
• Facilitating with Global Relationship Manager of the principal account for smooth deal referral for cash management and/ or credit
• Handling credit proposal for Corporate and FIG in compliance with all relevant credit risk policies and procedures
• Obtain necessary clearance/ approval from relevant stakeholders and delegated authorities
• Being accountable for ensuring high quality of credit portfolio by conducting sound credit assessment and tracking repayment
• Ensuring all relevant documents/ facility drawdown/ Utilization
• Monitoring all imposed covenants and conditions for customers under portfolio to ensure compliances
• Leveraging internal and external network to enhance the new-to-bank customer base
• Conducting know your customer/ customer due diligence for all new and review customers

Secondary:

• Understanding customer’s needs and cross-selling relevant cash management, trade product and other products or services with satisfactory utilization level to improve revenue per client
• Coordinating referral of customer’s management team and supply chain to the relevant business unit
• Understanding all relevant policies and procedures in order to prevent operational issues
• Handling customer’s requests and engaging with relevant stakeholders to achieve satisfactory customer experience
• Promoting teamwork in daily work
• Other task/ project as assigned.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree Business
• At least 5 years of working experience in banking
• Excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English
• Ability to develop mutually beneficial business relationships with internal and external parties, and apply innovative end to end propositions that will generate significant business opportunities
• Experience and/ or knowledge in trade finance will be an added advantage
• Results-oriented individual, resourceful and strong business connections in identifying and developing business opportunities.
