Role: Regional Manager

Function- ARB Crop Loans

Job Roles:

• Lead a team of Area Managers to expand the existing customer portfolio in crop loans (KCC) by offering tailored Working Capital and Term Loan products.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the local geography and cropping patterns, with the ability to swiftly recruit high-quality team members.
• Oversee interest and NPA collections within the assigned area.
• Regularly monitor accounts to prevent delinquencies, maintain portfolio hygiene, ensure timely closure of post-disbursement deferrals, and perfect security measures.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers by cross-selling additional asset and third-party products.
• Ensure timely renewal of existing loans
• Collaborate with Credit and Legal teams to address customer requirements and manage disbursements.
• Enhance efficiency by monitoring processes and suggesting improvements based on ground realities and market trends.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in relationship management.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of the local market is a plus.
• At least 10 years of experience in rural or crop loans
