The Relationship Manager serves as a trusted client partner throughout the relationship lifecycle, guiding onboarding, driving platform adoption, and maintaining ongoing engagement across education and compliance capabilities. This role requires a proactive, client centric mindset, with a focus on platform enablement, regulatory awareness, and long-term relationship growth in a dynamic, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing training to existing clients, including refresher sessions that reinforce effective platform usage, and deliver platform demonstrations.
  • Support account renewals and upsell initiatives by managing administrative workflows that drive client retention and expansion. Negotiate renewals as needed for the solution.
  • Develop a general understanding of the regulatory considerations relevant to client workflows and how iCapital solutions support those requirements.
  • Maintain Salesforce data and reporting to support team performance tracking and visibility.
  • Work on special projects as requested.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in client-facing roles such as a client success manager, account manager, customer success manager, business development or sales, preferably in a SaaS, Financial Services or fintech environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and able to clearly explain technical concepts to clients
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts through various solutions, prioritize tasks, and work on several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce

Benefits
