Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to lead sales and customer engagement in the Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) segment. The role focuses on deposit mobilization, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring operational excellence at the branch level. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales expertise, leadership qualities, and a customer-centric approach to drive business growth.


Portfolio Management: Manage and maintain the existing portfolio of Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) customers, ensuring consistent engagement and service delivery. Loan Handling: Oversee the end-to-end process of Commercial Vehicle loans (both new and used), from customer onboarding to loan disbursement. Loan Processing: Facilitate the complete loan process for vehicle financing, ensuring smooth documentation, verification, and timely approvals. Collections Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with customers for EMI payments and address arrears to ensure timely collections and minimize delinquencies. Market Development: Explore and develop new market areas, gathering relevant market intelligence to support business growth and strategy. Sales Generation: Proactively identify and create new market opportunities to drive sales and expand the customer base. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers and existing clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
