Job Description

As a Relationship Manager in the Affluent Priority segment of Business Banking, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and deepening relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). This role demands a strategic approach to client engagement, portfolio management, and cross-selling of banking products across liabilities, assets, and fee-based services. You will be expected to conduct in-depth profiling of clients to identify financial opportunities and match them with solutions offered by the Kotak Group. The role involves regular client interactions, portfolio reviews, and proactive resolution of queries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You will also collaborate with product managers and group companies to deliver a seamless banking experience and contribute to business growth through targeted sales initiatives. This is a high-impact role suited for professionals with strong relationship management skills, investment expertise, and a passion for delivering personalized banking solutions.
Acquire and expand relationships with HNI clients through strategic profiling and personalized engagement.
Generate business across liabilities, assets, and fee-based products to enhance relationship value and revenue.
Formulate and implement sales plans to onboard new HNI customers and grow the client base.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and present investment solutions tailored to client needs.
Maintain consistent client contact through weekly/monthly calls and meetings.
Resolve client queries within defined turnaround times (TAT) to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure high standards of customer service and adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Educate clients on new products and enhancements to deepen banking relationships.
Plan and execute special sales initiatives and client engagement events.
Maintain complete and up-to-date relationship records for all assigned customer accounts.
Collaborate with product managers and group companies to offer integrated financial solutions.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory updates.
