Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Business Banking division, specifically catering to the needs of affluent clients. Your primary objective is to develop and maintain strong relationships with these clients, understanding their unique financial requirements and offering customized solutions. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be the face of the bank to these clients, building trust and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Build and manage a portfolio of affluent business clients, understanding their financial goals and challenges.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions, including investment advice, wealth management, and business banking services.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice.
  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals and networking.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the bank and expand your network.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, especially those catering to affluent clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for client management.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide tailored solutions.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to client engagement and problem-solving.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
