Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with affluent business clients. Your role will involve understanding their unique financial needs and providing customized solutions. You will be the primary point of contact, offering a seamless and personalized banking experience. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of business banking products and services.

  • Build and manage a portfolio of affluent business clients, ensuring their financial needs are met.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and provide tailored solutions, including investment advice and wealth management strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated on market trends and relevant financial opportunities.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with other business units to offer comprehensive banking solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide insightful advice to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal banking policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for affluent business clients.
  • Participate in networking events and industry forums to expand the bank's reach and client base.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of business banking products, services, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic advice.
  • Proactive approach to client relationship management and a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for relationship management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
