Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, primarily focusing on Bharat Business Loans. Your role will involve understanding client needs, offering tailored financial solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the bank.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and financial goals.
  • Identify potential loan opportunities and cross-sell other banking products to existing clients.
  • Prepare and present loan proposals, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments and evaluate the financial health of prospective borrowers.
  • Monitor and manage the loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and addressing any potential risks.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as credit analysts and underwriters, to ensure a smooth loan approval process.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand the bank's reach.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports on loan performance and client interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of loan products, credit analysis, and financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and MS Office applications.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
