Purpose of the role:

We are looking for aspiring sales talents who are passionate about wealth management and retail banking. What you will be doing:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the Bank’s products, services, wealth management solutions and customer needs

  • Deliver professional services and recommend tailored banking and wealth solutions to meet customers’ goals

  • Conduct financial needs analysis and identify suitable products and services for customers

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through quality service and proactive engagement

  • Support sales activities, customer acquisition initiatives and branch campaigns to achieve performance targets

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk management standards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences

  • Complete all required training, assessments and licensing examinations

Who are we looking for:

  • Holder of Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any disciplines is preferred; with 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in HKCEE/HKDSE including Chin/Eng and Maths, or equivalent

  • Candidates are required to obtain the relevant professional licenses/certifications (such as HKSI and IIQE qualifications) within the probation period, (e.g. HKSI Licensing Examination, or other relevant certifications).

  • Candidates with at least 2 years of sales or service experience in any Retail Business field are welcome

  • Strong passion for sales, customer engagement and wealth management

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive and driven to achieve results

  • Strong learning agility and willingness to take on new challenges

  • Effective team player with a positive attitude

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

  • Willing to rotate across branches and undertake different learning assignments
