Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, primarily farmers and agricultural businesses. Your role will involve understanding their financial needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing excellent customer service. You will be an integral part of our team, driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and provide tailored loan solutions for tractor purchases and agricultural financing.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to offer relevant financial products and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to cross-sell and up-sell bank products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the bank's agricultural finance offerings.
  • Support and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking or agricultural sector.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural finance, tractor loans, and related products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of customers.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
