As a Relationship Manager, you will be the trusted advisor and advocate for key clients, ensuring their strategic securities lending agenda is realized through innovative solutions and exceptional service.


As the Agency Securities Finance Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for all commercial decisions and client experience for discretionary lending programs. You will lead business development, optimize revenue, and represent both JPMorganChase and the client to ensure alignment and delivery of strategic objectives. Your role is pivotal in strengthening relationships, expanding client mandates, and driving performance within the Securities Services division of the Corporate and Investment Bank.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an annual strategy plan focused on retention, relationship strengthening, and revenue optimization
  • Drive organic growth through additional mandates and client wallet expansion
  • Ensure all contractual obligations for assigned clients are met and programs operate within parameters
  • Partner with global ASF trading and investment desks to identify and present revenue optimization opportunities
  • Align messaging, planning, and penetration strategies between ASF and Platform Sales
  • Serve as client advocate across trading, operations, client service, risk, credit, technology, and product
  • Take responsibility for issue escalation, client messaging, and timely resolution

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven success in developing and managing client relationships
  • Experience in the Agency Securities Finance industry
  • Strategic thinking and ability to build persuasive arguments to drive business results
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially to senior audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal product partners across regions
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, tax, and market events and their implications for lending programs

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across client coverage and internal partners
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Qlik Sense, and Tableau
  • Excellent team player with a strong work ethic
  • Spanish language skills preferred but not required
