Job Description

As a Relationship Manager in our Affluent Priority segment, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients. Your primary objective is to understand their unique needs and provide tailored banking solutions across various product lines. This role combines sales, relationship management, and advisory skills, offering a dynamic and rewarding career path in the bank's premium customer segment.
  • Acquire and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored banking solutions across liabilities, assets, and investments.
  • Build long-term relationships and enhance client engagement through personalized service.
  • Drive revenue growth by cross-selling and upselling bank products and services.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide strategic portfolio management advice.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
  • Organize client engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships and increase wallet share.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction in all interactions.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for portfolio management.
  • Analytical skills to interpret client needs and market trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of the banking industry.
