Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of affluent clients, offering tailored financial solutions and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Your role will involve building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and providing expert advice to meet their financial goals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Proactively identify and propose suitable investment and wealth management solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends and financial products to provide accurate and timely advice.
  • Collaborate with other teams and experts to deliver comprehensive financial plans and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and provide periodic performance updates.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, offering effective solutions.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand the client base and build relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth management, and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
