Job Description

As a Relationship Manager in the Affluent Priority segment of Business Banking, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients. This role demands a deep understanding of client needs, strong financial acumen, and the ability to offer tailored banking solutions across liabilities, assets, and investment products. You will be expected to build long-term relationships, drive revenue growth, and enhance client engagement through personalized service and strategic portfolio management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction. The role also involves conducting regular portfolio reviews, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and organizing client engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships and increase wallet share. This is a high-impact role that combines sales, relationship management, and advisory capabilities, offering a dynamic career path in the bank’s premium customer segment.
Acquire new HNI clients and expand existing relationships through strategic sales planning and execution.
Conduct in-depth profiling of clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
Drive business across liabilities, assets, and fee-based products to enhance relationship value and revenue.
Perform regular portfolio reviews and present investment options aligned with client goals.
Maintain consistent client engagement through weekly/monthly calls and meetings.
Resolve client queries within defined turnaround times to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
Organize and participate in special sales initiatives, client events, and engagement activities.
Ensure strict adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines in all client interactions.
Continuously identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase wallet share and client stickiness.
