Job Description

As an Affluent Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our affluent client base, providing exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships. Your role involves understanding client needs, offering personalized financial advice, and delivering innovative solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless client experience and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and retain affluent clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Offer personalized financial advice and solutions, including investment strategies, wealth management, and banking services.
  • Collaborate with product specialists and experts to provide comprehensive financial planning.
  • Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to offer relevant and timely advice.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and portfolio rebalancing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell bank products and services to existing clients.
  • Identify and refer potential high-net-worth individuals to the bank's private banking division.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the bank's network.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or private banking.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth management, and banking services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and financial planning tools.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio.
