Location: Rotterdam, Hybrid.

As our Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the operational preparation, coordination, and execution of a wide range of corporate events for listed companies and other leading organisations. You will play an important role in Annual General Meetings (AGMs), online and hybrid meetings, Capital Markets Days, investor calls, and other stakeholder events.

Initially, the focus of this role will be on operational delivery and client support. You will ensure that events run smoothly from a technical, organizational, and logistical perspective. You will have the opportunity to develop into a more advisory and commercial relationship management role.

You will work closely with senior executives and stakeholders from some of the Netherlands' most prominent companies.

Some other key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver AGMs, EGMs, investor events, and online meetings.
• Prepare, configure, test, and operate electronic voting systems and event technology.
• Develop event schedules, runbooks, operational documentation, and maintain records in Salesforce.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Provide on-site and remote support, acting as the primary operational contact and resolving technical or logistical issues.
• Deliver a high-quality client experience through proactive support and relationship management.
• Continuously develop knowledge of investor relations, shareholder services, and corporate events, with progression towards an independent Relationship Manager role.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to resolve issues in a live operational environment.
• Experience using technology platforms, software systems, or event technology, with an aptitude for learning new tools quickly.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to planning, testing and execution.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams, suppliers and clients.
