Our client is a top-notch fintech company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

• 
  Identify and develop new corporate partnerships through market research, prospect outreach, industry events, seminars, and networking activities.
• 
  Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, particularly key stakeholders such as Human Resources, Trade Unions, and senior management, while ensuring timely communication and a high level of client satisfaction.
• 
  Prepare and present business proposals and actively participate in negotiations to secure agreements with prospective clients.
• 
  Develop and execute strategic partnership plans, working closely with relevant departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Product to implement go-to-market initiatives and cross-selling strategies.
• 
  Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients, maximizing opportunities within existing accounts, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• 
  Monitor and report business performance, gather client feedback, track market trends, and proactively recommend strategic adjustments to improve overall results.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Banking, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
• 
  At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in ERP, HRM, SaaS, Fintech, workforce solutions, or related industries.
• 
  Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a confident and professional approach.
• 
  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• 
  Strong planning and goal-setting capabilities, together with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Good understanding of the corporate market, particularly large enterprises and FDI companies in Vietnam.
• 
  Candidates with an established network within industrial parks, especially among HR departments, Trade Unions, or managerial-level contacts, are highly preferred.
