What’s the role?
Westpac Commercial Banking supports Australian industry through a network of professional bankers, specialists and support teams, and we’re committed to offering deep industry expertise to our commercial customers.
As a Relationship Manager in this space, you’ll play a critical role in managing relationships with industry leaders and creating new and innovative ways to support businesses so they can grow and develop well into the future. Working closely with internal stakeholders to meet your customer’s needs, you’ll also have the opportunity to grow your portfolio through networking and acquiring new customers.
This role gives you the chance to further embed yourself as a leading relationship manager in this industry and build your profile internally and externally.
What do I need?
We’re looking for a Relationship Manager with stand-out analytical skills. You’ll have a strong commercial lending background and complex deal structuring experience. It goes without saying you’ll have strong credit skills, including cashflow lending, a well-established network of referral sources, balance sheet analysis and deal structuring experience.
A natural people-person, you’ll boast a solid track record in business development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers. We want to talk to team players with the energy and motivation to grasp this role and run with it!
