Job Description

Create your best future and join Westpac as a Relationship Manager - Property Finance.

What’s the role?

You’ll be right at the heart of Brisbane’s buzzing property scene, backing bold ideas and helping developers and investors turn plans into places. This is a brand new, full time role based in Brisbane Mian jin, Turrbal and Jagera Country, where you’ll build strong relationships, spot opportunities, and make deals happen.

You’ll manage a portfolio of medium to large property clients with lending needs between $5M to $30M, while also getting out there to win new business. This isn’t a role where you wait for opportunities to come to you. You’ll be actively building connections, growing your network, and shaping the property landscape through the deals you bring to life.

What do I need?

We’re looking for someone who’s got the energy, the expertise, and the drive to make things happen. If you love property, know how to structure a deal, and thrive on building connections—this could be your next big move.

  • You’ve got a solid background in commercial lending and credit analysis
  • You’re confident structuring property investment and construction finance deals
  • You’re a natural relationship builder with a strong referral network
  • You’ve got a track record of winning new business and growing portfolios
  • You’re curious, collaborative, and always thinking ahead

Why join us?

We’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal. In return we’re committed to making Westpac the best place to work in the country. Here are just a few of the ways we’re already doing that:
