Builders Capital is seeking a Relationship Manager (RM) to join our team! The Relationship Manager is a customer-focused role responsible for creating a smooth, proactive, and high-touch experience for Builders Capital clients throughout the approval process. This person serves as a key connection point between Sales, Operations, and the client, helping to ensure communication is clear, expectations are managed, and the customer experience remains strong from start to finish.
The motto of the Relationship Management team is simple: Take care of the customer.
This role is ideal for someone who brings a positive, service-first mindset, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable picking up the phone to proactively communicate with clients. The RM helps guide clients through key steps in the Builders Capital process, including explaining requirements, helping clients understand what is needed for their approval, and making sure clients feel informed and supported along the way.

Why Builders Capital?
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00 hourly, commensurate with experience and education. This position is also eligible for monthly commission in accordance with the applicable commission plan.
