Proxymity is a market leading digital investor communications platform focused on providing regulatory compliant products, focused initially on Proxy Voting and Shareholder Disclosure services. Founded in London and spun out of Citi, from the very beginning our mission focused on benefitting the whole capital markets ecosystem, rather than just one part or one player within it. This ethos is endorsed by investment from global consortium of some the industry’s most influential financial institutions.
Proxymity’s service offering is now a global one, matching the needs of our custodian and broker community respectively. This is reflected by a fast-growing client base who have long desired an improved service by a trusted vendor. As a result, we are a fast-growth company and have already gone from 10 - 200+ employees in the last five years with a global footprint in London, Manchester, New York, Tel-Aviv, Melbourne and Kuala Lumpur.
The role
As part of the relationship management team, you will manage a portfolio of top-tier institutional clients and large financial institutions in the EMEA region with a focus on nurturing existing relationships whilst developing, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities for Proxymity in conjunction with commercial teams. Reporting into the Head of Relationship Management, you will understand and anticipate the client's needs to grow and deepen the relationship by delivering mutually beneficial business outcomes. The individual in this role must possess strong commercial, leadership and influencing skills, with a demonstrated track record of working with senior business leaders and key decision-makers within the client organisation. Negotiation and communication skills are critical, as well as the ability to be proactive, self-driven and work in a fast-paced environment whilst managingmultiple priorities.
In your relationship capacity, you act as a key institutional client escalation point in the EMEA region, lead and oversee key programs of work, manage contractual matters and work with internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
Your efforts to ensure ongoing satisfaction, adoption and evolution of the Proxymity platform and products will require close collaboration with all Proxymity business functions, including senior management, business development, sales, legal, product, marketing, operations, and technology.

Proxymity was born out of Citi’s internal D10X program by London based employees of Citi’s ICG Securities Services business with the underlying technology developed at the Citi Innovation Lab in Tel Aviv.
