Job Description
Relationship Manager serves as a support person reporting to the Vice President, Financial Institutions, Cash Logistics. Their primary focus is to proactively develop and foster a positive business relationship between Garda and a given number of assigned customers.
Job Duties:
• Work closely with their assigned Accounts. This could include, but is not limited to, submitting requests to open/close locations, gather missed stop data, tracking and reporting Cash Vault Data, etc.
• Reports- proactively uncover service issues and push to the branches to gain commitment. Also, provide reports with updates to the clients.
• Tickets- reactively address client issues by pushing them to the branches and following up until resolved.
• Participate on Daily, Weekly, or Monthly review calls.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations.

Qualifications for Relationship Manager
• Intuitive to customers’ needs
• Strong communication (Oral & Written) and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• A background in customer service is a plus
• Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
• Ability to work well with others and lead a team
• Knowledge of math and numbers
• Attentive to detail and well organized
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage several jobs at one time
• A background in Cash Vault Services (CVS) or related experience is a plus
