The RM will be responsible for driving Mutual Fund sales through National Distributors (NDs), Key Relationships (KRs), and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs). The role requires strong relationship-building, market knowledge, and the ability to deliver consistent sales growth and market share for DSP. What is the roles objective?
• Drive mutual fund sales across NDs, KRs, and IFAs
• Build and maintain client and channel partner relationships to increase market share
• Conduct client/associate meetings to understand needs and provide relevant feedback internally
• Develop long-term assets through incremental net sales and repeat business
• Share timely insights on client feedback and competitor activities to enable quick responses
• Execute sales strategies effectively and achieve assigned targets
What skills do you need to possess?
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and mutual fund industry
• Effective communication and influencing skills
• Ability to manage stakeholder alignment both within and outside the firm
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and confident
• NISM VA certification (or ability to complete before joining)
What is the prior experience expected?
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in mutual fund sales or distribution
What qualification you should have?
• Postgraduate degree (MBA/Finance specialization preferred)
