Job Description

The Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong partnerships within the education and training sector. This position is essential for enhancing client satisfaction and driving business growth by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in promoting our services and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the education and training sector.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on new offerings and services.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
