  • We are seeking a driven and results‑oriented professional to support the growth of the Bank’s business portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring new business relationships, managing existing clients, and structuring credit facilities to achieve sustainable revenue growth while meeting individual and team business targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively undertake targeted marketing initiatives to develop new business relationships and achieve assigned business targets.
    • Manage and grow existing client portfolios, strengthening long‑term relationships and identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
    • Structure, negotiate, and obtain credit approval for new and additional facilities or exposures.
    • Prepare and obtain approval for credit reviews, renewals, amendments, and variations of existing facilities.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase utilization and business growth, contributing to higher fee‑based income and net interest income for the Bank.
    • Actively participate in industry events, networking sessions, and client engagements to enhance market presence.
    • Contribute to the development of sales strategies, initiatives, and business plans aligned with the Bank’s objectives.
    • Undertake additional responsibilities, including participation in working committees or special projects, as assigned by management.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in relationship management, corporate/commercial banking, or business development (banking/financial services preferred).
    • Strong knowledge of credit assessment, financing structures, and risk management
    • Proven track record in business acquisition and portfolio management
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
