What’s the role?

You’ll step into a full time Relationship Manager role based in Barangaroo, Sydney on Warrane, Gadigal Country, where you’ll help commercial customers grow by deepening relationships across a diverse portfolio. This opportunity sits within Property Finance and gives you the chance to lean into a fascinating and fast paced part of the bank.
You’ll bring curiosity, energy and a willingness to learn as you explore the world of Property Finance. You’ll work closely with internal specialists to design solutions that genuinely make a difference for customers, while also growing your portfolio through strong relationship building and meaningful conversations. You’ll gain hands on exposure to a growing commercial portfolio, supported by leaders who genuinely want you to succeed and take your next career step.

What do I need?

• Curiosity and a coachable mindset with a genuine appetite to learn

• An interest in payments and transactional banking or a desire to build deeper capability in this space

• Strong relationship building skills with a passion for authentic, long term client partnerships

• A commercial mindset with a commitment to driving growth

• A collaborative approach and a love of working closely with a supportive team
