Role Purpose:

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients by delivering comprehensive banking solutions. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored financial products and services to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their financial needs.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high service standards and responsiveness.
  • Business Development:

    • Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell banking products and services.
    • Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets through proactive client engagement.
  • Credit & Risk Management:

    • Prepare credit proposals and ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor portfolio performance and manage credit risk effectively.
  • Market Insights & Advisory:

    • Provide clients with market updates and financial advice to support their business objectives.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with product specialists, operations, and risk teams to deliver seamless solutions.
    • Participate in internal projects and initiatives to enhance client experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in corporate banking or relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial products, and market dynamics.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
