Job Description

In this function, you will work for SCOR Investment Partners, the asset management company of SCOR, one of the biggest reinsurers worldwide. You will work in the Business Development team, which is responsible for promoting and marketing investment products to institutional clients outside the SCOR group (15 people)

  • You will be based in Paris and report to the local senior responsible in charge of Asia and Middle- East
  • You will assist the Senior Relationship Manager in servicing the International institutional invested mainly in Insurance Linked Securities, Leveraged Loans and Infrastructure Loans
  • This will be a unique opportunity to work for an asset management company, in a prime location in Paris and in a highly professional and multicultural environment
  • You will be leveraging your knowledge in financial products and using your good language and social skills. You will help the team maintain the relationship with key clients and build new business with prospects

Responsibilities:

Support the sales team, in cooperation with the Client Service team in Paris, specifically:

  • assist relationship managers with their daily tasks to implement the sales strategy
  • client meetings for Asia and Middle-East : prospecting, arranging meeting, preparing follow up and
    reporting
  • workflow optimization: set up processes and templates to standardize the daily tasks strategic liaison with portfolio management teams: ILS, Infrastructure, ESG, Leveraged Loans, HY to organise meetings and roadshow
  • Help feeding the CRM tool, where all client activities are logged

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or Master's in Management with a strong focus in finance, or actuarial studies or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of financial products is a prerequisite
  • Mastering of the MS Windows tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is crucial
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and an intermediate level of French are required; additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, or Spanish are a strong asset
  • Focus on understanding and meeting client needs
