This is a role built on relationships.

As a Relationship Executive, you’ll work closely with a diverse portfolio of commercial and agribusiness clients — getting to know their businesses, understanding their ambitions, and helping them unlock opportunities through tailored financial solutions.

You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be supported by experienced Analysts, specialist product partners, and industry-leading technology — giving you the tools to focus on what you do best: building meaningful, long-term relationships and delivering great customer outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being out in market, building trust, and spotting opportunities — someone who is curious, commercially minded and motivated to make a genuine impact.

In this role, you will:

• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and become a genuine partner in their success
• Grow and develop your portfolio through both deepening existing relationships and identifying new-to-bank opportunities
• Take the time to understand your clients’ needs and bring the right specialists together to deliver tailored solutions
• Use your commercial judgement to drive deals, structure solutions, and deliver strong outcomes for customers and the bank
• Own the risk and performance of your portfolio, working closely with your Analyst to deliver high-quality credit submissions

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience managing or supporting a commercial or agribusiness portfolio, with exposure to business development
• Strong commercial acumen and a desire to continue building your financial and credit capability
• A genuine passion for relationship management and being part of a regional community
• Confidence working with stakeholders to bring the right outcomes together for your customer
