About the team

You will be part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all, fun.

What you’ll own

• Focus on account retention and continued revenue growth for assigned portfolio.
• Understand client needs and ensure alignment of client technology and business strategies.
• Prepare client-facing materials to support Relationship Management team in business reviews.
• Uncover cross-sell opportunities through customer research and data analysis.
• Plan and track account activity and performance via CRM tools.
• Collaborate with client success and implementation teams on cross-functional customer issues.
• Other related duties as assigned.

What you bring

• Degree qualification with prior experience in a B2B client-facing role, in the Finance/Tech industry.
• Background in sales or account management.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong work ethic
• Confidence in interacting and partnering with clients' senior management.
• Ability to influence others and form persuasive arguments.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Added bonus if you have experience in the payments industry.
