Do Work That Matters

As a Relationship Executive, you’ll manage a diversified portfolio across commercial and home lending. you’ll deliver tailored solutions to businesses with turnover between $30 million –$50 million and lending needs of $10 million–$50 million.

You’ll start with an established client base, delivering exceptional service while driving new client acquisition and identifying growth opportunities.

What You will Do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and trusted advice

• Leverage your network and referral partners to identify and convert new-to-bank opportunities

• Deeply understand complex client needs and collaborate with product specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions

• Lead deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex transactions

• Represent CommBank across the region, building your professional profile and presence in industry and the community

What We Are Looking For

• Proven success in building and leading a high-performing Commercial Banking portfolio

• Strong experience in commercial lending and credit structuring

• Deep understanding of banking products, services, and client needs

• Trusted relationships within the local business community

• Advanced financial analysis skills, with expertise in interpreting financial statements and cash-flow drivers

• Passion for delivering exceptional client service and driving new business

• Evidence of successful peer collaboration as part of a close-knit and dynamic team
