JOB TITLE: Relationship Director - Mid Markets – Midlands and East England
LOCATIONS: Milton Keynes
SALARY: Starting from £100,105
HOURS: Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
What you’ll be doing
We're looking for a Relationship Director to support a Mid Markets (T/O £50m - £500m) portfolio of clients and prospects within the Midlands and East England region. The Relationship Director will understand and provide solutions to all their customers’ bespoke financial requirements including lending, deposits plus a range of other products and services.
It's an exciting and wide-ranging segment spanning a variety of sectors and central to our purpose of Helping Britain Prosper.
You’ll help grow the portfolio through new-to-bank prospect origination and business development. This is a new role adding headcount to our team, so whilst there whilst there might be a few existing clients moved into this portfolio, new business growth is key. We’re therefore looking for someone with a proven track record in growing their client base at a Mid Markets level in the UK Banking market.
This is a great opportunity for someone to join a strongly performing team in the Mid Markets Midlands and East England region. You'll be a key part of our market presence, supporting high profile local clients and developing key business opportunities.
