What’s the role?

You'll join our Commercial Banking team in Parramatta, Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country as a full time Relationship Director supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial customers.

Western Sydney is one of Australia's fastest growing business regions, making this an exciting opportunity to work with established businesses while helping shape the future growth of the market. You'll manage a diversified portfolio that includes existing commercial relationships while maintaining a strong focus on acquiring new customers and building Westpac's presence in the region.

You'll work closely with business owners and senior decision makers, providing strategic banking and lending solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions. You'll also partner with specialists across the bank, build strong referral networks and represent Westpac in the local community. If you enjoy creating meaningful customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and helping businesses thrive, you'll find plenty of opportunity to make a lasting impact in this role.

What do I need?

  • Strong commercial or corporate banking experience with deep lending expertise
  • Confidence structuring complex lending and banking solutions for commercial customers
  • Proven ability to build, grow and retain customer relationships through trusted partnerships
  • Strong business development and acquisition skills with a passion for winning new business
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with specialist partners across the bank
