What’s the role?

Join our Commercial Banking team in a permanent role based in Adelaide / Kaurna Country, managing and growing a diversified industries portfolio You’ll take ownership of an established customer base while driving new-to-bank opportunities, deepening relationships, and delivering tailored lending and banking solutions.

You’ll bring together relationship management, credit leadership and sector insight, working closely with colleagues across risk, product, and specialist teams. The role offers strong exposure, influence at senior levels and the chance to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of corporate banking. You’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience and contributing to sustainable portfolio growth.

What do I need?

  • Extensive experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking
  • Proven credit capability, including complex structuring
  • Track record of originating and growing business
  • Ability to build and leverage referral networks
  • Collaborative approach across internal stakeholders
