What’s the role?

You’ll join our Corporate Agribusiness portfolio in a senior banker role, supporting some of Australia’s most established and complex agribusiness customers. Based in Brisbane on Mian jin, Turrbal and Jagera Country, you’ll manage deep, long term relationships across large corporate farming, processing and supply chain businesses.

This is a full time role based in Brisbane. You’ll spend time with customers on site, work closely with credit, risk and product partners, and bring together the full capability of Westpac to support meaningful outcomes. Your focus is on trusted advice, thoughtful risk management and helping customers navigate change across generations.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape your portfolio, influence outcomes at a senior level, and contribute to a sector that plays a vital role in Australia’s economy and communities.

What do I need?

• Experience managing complex corporate or agribusiness customer relationships

• Confidence leading credit conversations and balancing growth with sound risk judgement

• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and decision makers

• Strong commercial insight and curiosity about the agribusiness sector

• A collaborative approach to working with specialist teams
