What You'll Do:
- Build lasting customer relationships by understanding financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
- Provide exceptional service by creating a positive and personalized experience for every customer.
- Meet with customers to identify opportunities and provide solutions that support their financial goals.
- Open new accounts, assist with account maintenance, and ensure customer information is accurate and up to date.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
- Represent the bank at community events and participate in local networking opportunities.
- Support team initiatives and complete special projects and assignments as needed.

Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year of banking experience, or
- 2+ years of customer-focused experience in a service, sales, hospitality, or related environment, or
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Role Details:
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
- Part-time team members must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Saturday hours are scheduled on a rotating basis.
